That's completely fine. Most clients decide during or after the appointment, once they have seen the diamond and talked through the options. We guide you through both options without pressure.
Meet Céline & Rob.
Diamond House was founded in Antwerp, the world's diamond capital, by Rob van Beurden, who has spent four decades inside the diamond trade. He knows the difference between stones from Botswana and Angola at a molecular level. His nickname in the industry is "The King of Colour."
Céline Gouwy, our gemologist, runs every London appointment personally. She is known as "The Queen of Clarity" and for good reason. She has built a reputation for patience, precision, and the kind of honesty that means she will sometimes tell you not to buy a stone.
Several times a month, Céline hosts private appointment days at our office at 2 Royal Exchange, a grand, columned building in the heart of the City that has housed meaningful exchanges for over four centuries. Inside, it's private and unhurried. Just you, Céline, and the stones she's chosen to show you.

Call, WhatsApp, or email. Tell us what you're looking for or simply that you're not sure yet. We'll ask a few questions to understand your situation, your budget, and what matters most to you. There's no commitment at this stage. It's just a conversation.

Before we meet, we go to work. Using Antwerp's global diamond sourcing network, we hand-select a curated set of natural diamonds or gemstones matched specifically to your brief. You won't be looking at a standard display tray. You'll be looking at stones chosen with you in mind.

This is the moment that changes everything for most of our clients. We sit together, privately, and walk you through each diamond. We explain the real differences, not just the 4Cs, but the trade-offs, the things a certificate doesn't tell you, and what actually matters for your budget. We give you our honest professional opinion. And we never rush.

Once you've chosen your diamond or gemstone, we design your ring or jewellery piece around it. Either from our refined ready-to-wear collection, or fully custom-made to your vision.

We are trained gemologists with four decades of diamond knowledge. Our role is to educate you, explain the trade-offs honestly, and help you make the right decision for your budget and your values. The diamond you choose will be the right one for you, not the most convenient one for us.
We source from global diamond databases through Antwerp's network, selecting diamonds based on exactly what you're looking for. That means a more precise match and better value — because you're not limited to what happens to be in stock.
Your budget goes towards the diamond or gemstone and the craftsmanship around it, not towards a flagship address or a name on a box. We source directly from Antwerp, keep our overhead low, and pass that through to you. The result: a higher-quality diamond for the same budget.

Diamond House Jewellery offers private, appointment-only consultations in London at 2 Royal Exchange, EC3V 3DG. We are available several times per month and work exclusively with natural diamonds.
Most jewellers start with what they have in their display case. We start with what you need. We source diamonds globally from the Antwerp diamond network and bring a curated selection to your appointment, matched to your brief and budget. We are gemologists first our role is to educate and guide, not to sell inventory.
Not at all. Most of our clients have never bought a diamond before. Education is a core part of what we do. By the end of your appointment, you will understand exactly what you are choosing and why it is right for you.
Because we source directly from Antwerp's diamond district, your budget goes towards the stone and craftsmanship rather than brand premiums or retail overhead. This means that for the same budget, you will typically receive a higher-quality or larger diamond than at a branded jeweller.
Absolutely. Every piece starts with finding the right diamond. From there, you can choose a setting from our curated ready-to-wear collection, or go fully bespoke with a design created from scratch by our Antwerp atelier. Most clients decide after seeing their diamond.
While diamonds are at the heart of what we do, we also source some of the world's rarest coloured gemstones: rubies, emeralds, sapphires, Paraiba tourmalines, Santa Maria aquamarines, and more. The same expertise and personal guidance apply.
